Soy Cira, Traductora Pública de inglés, egresada de la Universidad de la República de Uruguay, y profesora de inglés y español para extranjeros.
Desde siempre me interesaron el Derecho y los idiomas. Dudé entre ser abogada o traductora, y al descubrir la carrera de Traducción Pública, supe que era el puente perfecto entre mis dos pasiones.
A lo largo de mi carrera trabajé como traductora y también como secretaria en algunos de los estudios jurídicos más importantes del país. Por eso sé, de primera mano, lo que se siente tener la formación y el talento para aplicar a una maestría en Harvard o a una pasantía en un estudio de renombre en Europa… y no poder hacerlo porque tu inglés no está a la altura de tu excelencia profesional.
Desde 2017 me especializo en traducción jurídica, en áreas como contratos y propiedad intelectual. Y hoy estoy aquí para ayudarte a potenciar tu carrera legal, alineando tu nivel de inglés con tu nivel como abogado o escribano.

I'm Cira, a Certified English <> Spanish Translator, graduated from the University of the Republic of Uruguay, and a teacher of English and Spanish as a foreign language.
I’ve always loved both Law and languages. I considered studying Law, but when I found the Certified Translation Degree, I knew I had found the perfect bridge between my two passions.
Over the years, I’ve worked both as a legal translator and as an Executive Assistant in some of the most prestigious law firms in Uruguay. So, I know what it feels like to dream of a Master’s degree at Harvard or a legal internship at a top European firm — and not make it, not because of your legal knowledge, but because your English isn’t strong or professional enough.
